Tully Elite Sports Training Programs

Tully Elite Sports Training Programs offers programs for all skill levels: youth, middle school, high school, and collegiate or pro. Our programs will help individuals or teams improve fitness levels and athletic ability.  Our training can also help individual athletes grow together as a team.  We train in small groups to ensure each athlete gets the attention they need to grow at their pace in their athletic ability. We also offer one-on-one personal training sessions for those who want to focus on a more individual skill.

DP  Developmental Program

An 8-week session designed for children 8-11. This 60-minute-per-class program introduces basic and fundamental movements to improve overall athletic ability in a positive atmosphere. We stress fun and progressive success. Our youth program is designed to teach running techniques, athletic coordination, balance and improve overall strength. We focus on the essential movements that create a foundation for athletic ability, maximizing enjoyment while helping to increase long term enjoyment of athletics and sport in general.

AP  Advanced Program

An 8-week seesion designed for children 11-14. This 60-minute-per-class program is designed to promote the development of neuromuscular patterns. Here is where we begin to direct athletic fundamental movements toward specific athletic ability. This program focuses on the fundamental skills of speed, agility, and power. Plus, TEST will introduce formal strength and power training to provide proper movement techniques and increase force production. As athletes increase in height, weight, and strength, we will instill the need for improved joint strength and mobility to reduce injury.

PP  Premier Program

An 8-week session designed for children ages 14-18. This 60-minute-per-class program will fine-tune your running technique, speed and agility. We will continue to develop strength and power by enhancing your fundamental neuromuscular patterns. We will strengthen the weak links in your skills in order to harness the biggest improvement. The elite program creates a mastery of the necessary skills for your desired sport, allowing you to perform the athletic moves effortlessly. In the Elite Program, your strength and power increases with heavy loads to optimize force production.

EP  Elite Program

TEST’s Elite Performance Program for athletes at the collegiate and professional levels is designed to push the athlete’s limitations in order to reach peak performance. Our program emphasizes quantifiable aspects of performance, appropriate performance peak time, and fine-tuning movement in order to become more efficient. We will also test unique combinations of techniques that will address specific needs of the athlete. This is an 8-week session.
